AIC GUARANTEES that all products represented on its shopping cart  are free from defects and workmanship and will perform without fail if used according to their respective specifications. In the unlikely event of product failure, AIC will replace the faulty material and or equipment or issue a full refund of the original purchase price based on the following conditions:

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the materials, and do not include any related shipping and handling charges for such material. AIC is not liable for any labor cost associated with the original or re-application of any product. Additionally, AIC is not responsible for any collateral damage or related work performed by the end user.

In the case of faulty equipment, the return of the equipment must be approved by AIC, in order to have a carrier pick up and return the unit to our location. A replacement unit is sent as soon as we have confirmation of pick up on the unit being returned. We ONLY exchange faulty equipment, and wave shipping and handling charges.

Equipment refunds are LIMITED TO NEW and UNUSED units.

AIC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF USED EQUIPMENT. We may, at our option, place certain equipment up for sale on our website under our "Used Equipment" section, subject to certain conditions

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged against the regular price of any returned item, and all shipping charges are the burden of the sender.
